I.O.S academy leads today in both Israeli martial arts: "krav maga" & "krav magen".
Our chief instructor in this field is Master Avi Avisidon dan-7 who practices these methods for more than 30 years.
Avi avisidon is the head of the: "Israeli krav magen association"-K.A.M.I.
During his military service Mr. avisidon was In charged of the Israeli naval commando elite force in tactics and self-defense in combat.

This system was embraced by: the I.D.F, police, border control and the Special Forces in the Israeli army and counter terror unites.
This technique is based on natural movements of the body and is exceptional in being simple, fast and efficient.

The first part of the method- self defense, develops the ability to defend against violent attacks, and is designed for men, women, children or elderly.
The second part- krav magen (defensive battle) is destined to train people who are forced to deal frontal combat in their line of duty, whether armed or unarmed.

Our main courses:

  1. Personal self defense.
    We teach groups - children, men & women how to fight and defend themselves in all kind of situations, by using martial art methods or street fight style.


  2. Women self defense:
    This unique course is for women only. In this course to teach them how to fight and neutralize the attacker in all kind of situations - sexual assault, robbery or other violent attack.


  3. Developing leadership for managers:
    Today it is very popular that companies send their workers and managers for aggressive seminar that will approve their leadership and self confidence.


  4. Unarmed contact combat - V.I.P level:
    In many of countries over the world weapons is against the law. That's why we teach and train with our unique contact combat methods how to protect, move, and drive V.I.P without any weapon.
